OPTIMAL PROTECTION
Our FFP respirator masks have been approved by DEKRA Testing and Certification GmbH.
They meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR). As such, our FFP respirator masks are marked with the CE mark and the four-digit number 0158 of the notified body.

The Zender medical mouth-nose protection mask, often called a surgical mask, comes from our own production and is available in two variants: Basic and Comfort Line. The mask meets all required standards (Type IIR in accordance with EN14683:2019; CE-certified) and, with production carried out in Osnabrück in Lower Saxony, meets the quality standard “Made in Germany”.
The mouth-nose protection mask that we manufacture is an aid suitable for both medical and private use. Wearing our triple-layer medical mask can prevent the transmission of pathogens via the respiratory tract.
The Zephyrus FFP2 dual-layer mask is also a dual-use product and has the same certifications as the FFP2 triple-layer mask. With this mask too, we uphold the quality standard “Made in Germany” with production in Osnabrück, Lower Saxony and offer a high level of wearing comfort thanks to a sophisticated design. The ear loops also guarantee the quick fitting and removal of the mask.

Our Zephyrus FFP2 triple-layer mask is very stable in shape and does not collapse, even when the wearer breathes deeply. Thanks to the nose pad, the mask retains its comfortable fit, even when worn for extended periods of time. Triple-layer Zephyrus FFP2 masks are available with an adjustable headband or with adjustable ear loops, making them suitable for almost any head circumference.
The FFP2 mask also scores as a dual-use product. This means that the mask can not only be used as a certified device in the medical field, but can also be used as personal protective equipment:
Would you like to provide your mask with your own logo or would you like a different customization? We have already produced a number of masks that take individual design requirements into account, especially for major customers and cooperation partners.
All customizations require re-certification. However, this additional effort is quickly forgotten thanks to the special and unique end products.
